Fig.130 is a three-piece heavy-duty ball valve designed for demanding industrial applications. The three-piece construction allows the end caps to be welded directly to the pipeline without removing the valve body.
When equipped with the Coreline Fig.510/515 bracket and coupling system, the valve is suitable for elevated or low temperature service and supports both manual and automated operation.
With its robust design and wide connection options, the valve is suitable for applications ranging from ammonia service to general industrial applications

1. Grove on the stem show the direction of ball.
2. Stem is square which is good for automation, having four driving points to absorb strength.
3. Lock cap for nut, ensure life loaded sealing.
4. Fully machined ISO5211 mounting pad together with square stem, makes it possible to mount bracket and coupling for high temperature applications.
5. Fully encapsulated body sealing provide safe sealing and directly welding in line without disassembly.
6. Tracks in seat to relieve pressure, reducing wear and operating torque.
7. Anti-static device for ball-stem-body.
8. Precisely machined and mirror polished ball surface for bubble tight shutoff with low operating torque.
9. Relief hole in stem slot of ball to balance thepressure in the body cavity.
10. CF8M ball valves with welding ends CF3M material as standard, which reduces inter-granular corrosion by welding.
